I am new to the team and new to being an employee again. These may well be the nicest, kindest, fairest people I have ever met. They are upbeat, mindful, respectful and of course caring.

Interview process, recruitment and training was literally a joy because of how they live the values of their company.

I feel really happy to be part of a company that cares and gives so much and prides itself on kindness respect and the highest quality of care for those they work with in all capacities

I have worked for Right At Home Billericay, Brentwood and Rayleigh for nearly a year and a half now.
I was totally new to the care industry and received training in house and then out in the field with other experienced carers.
I have never felt so supported in any job / industry I have worked in previously.
The office team are always there to answer any questions, queries, offer support or a listening ear when needed.
The clients needs are varied and they are all treated with the greatest of respect and care.
The other carers are so supportive and friendly to work with.
I have never enjoyed a job as much as I do caring, nor have I ever felt such reward, or that I am really valued.
My only regret is that I didn’t make the move in career sooner !

I have been working at Right at Home Brentwood, Billericay and Rayleigh for 4 years this year. I think all staff can agree that we are supported and have the best management - there is always an open door policy for both carers and clients. Any issue or question anyone has is no silly situation and is delt with professionally. This is a very rewarding job and makes it easier working with a company who also notice the hard work. Right at Home Brentwood are always keeping our training up to date and compliant, that is in house and online learning. Any extra training we require is also on offer such as NVQs etc. Team work and communication is key here. All staff and clients are lovely to work with too! Couldn't think of a better place to work 🙂

My favourite part of this year was attending the activity event we held for our clients! This was such a lovely thing to see and be apart of, really does make a difference for those who are unable to leave their homes as regular as they would like. It was so lovely to see all carers and clients mixing in such a wonderful afternoon!

I have known John Walsh for about 11 years when he was a volunteer at the local dementia cafe. When I needed carers for my husband , who had dementia, I was glad it was or Right @Home I turned. All his carers were and are very gentle, friendly people. Eventually we needed lots of equipment and 2 carers 4 times a day. Having to use a hoist was traumatic for Clive, but having people helping that he loved helped, and I always knew he was safe and cared for.
Now I run a dementia carers support group and am always happy to recommend Right@Home to any of my unpaid carers and those that use the company are very content with how the experience is made so much easier for them.

I can highly recommend Brentwood Right at Home. They have been looking after my wife for well over three years, and I have no hesitation in advising people to use them over other care agencies. I previously tried five other agencies before finding RAH.
All the carers are well trained, there is great communication between them, they take the initiative by advising me as to the care to be taken as my wife has deteriorated, but, above all, they are very caring.
