Absolutely fantastic service, the level of care and service provided to my elderly grandparents was beyond any expectation I could have. My grandmother is incredibly anxious and the carer took her time to acquaint herself with my grandmother and to understand her particular needs. This level of personalised care completely blew us away, not having any experience in dealing with care companies before we were really not sure what to expect.
I highly recommend Caremark Home Care to everyone and thank you for your fantastic service.

Office staff are so rude and disrespectful defensive if you ask a question regarding the care of loved ones. They organise the shift pattern times etc and when things go wrong disassociate themselves. My own personal communication with a couple of office staff has left me completely with no faith.
I even had one member of staff cc social services in in an email complaining about me when I couldn’t get the answers I needed from the office. As you can imagine social services were appalled as their main priority as a service provider purting the patient/client first.
However the actual carers are magnificent.

I can not express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and service this amazing team provide. They are all truly amazing people who have been so supportive at this very difficult time. They have helped care for my Mum three times a day in such a kind professional manner and can't do enough for us.... nothing is to much trouble. Thank you so much....

The staff that cared for my mother were unequalled.
They were bright, happy and knew what to say to make my mum feel at ease.
