Fished at two of their beats on the Usk recently, excellent days out in beautiful surroundings and caught a few trout as well!

Awful website and miserable unhelpful staff. Refuse to help or issue refunds for computer errors. If it was a not for profit charity then they would have no issues with refunds. Will never fish these venues in the future now so a lack of being helpful has cost this "charity" hundreds in the future. If tickets were low cost then it's more understanding but these are expensive tickets in comparison to the tiny stretches of river you can fish.

BEWARE. Any day ticket which is washed out cannot be transferred into a new calendar year. My days were washed out due to Storm Bronagh in late September , only to be told I had a week before the end of the trout season, so tough luck. They were eager to tell me that it is in their T&C's -really, we are talking about fishing not buying a high value commodity
