We had John Townsend to come to do our paving his workmanship is absolutely excellent. Very professional and hard working and a very approachable and pleasant man. He has worked on his own for 8 hrs and smashed it. He definitely earned his bacon and egg baps. Definitely a credit to LHP. I’ve lived in this house for nearly 30 years and now our house finally had kerb appeal. Well done John thank you so much.

Never known such a useless landlord and I've had a few different landlords over the years. Repair which should have been completed by march 2023 still waiting to be done despite 6 different people coming out to see it., numerous phone calls, FB messages and emails. A different repair which should have been completed August 2023 still outstanding and an engineer was scheduled to complete it yesterday ( 06/08/2024), waited in all day, no one came.

They have rubbish flats they make flats out of houses and don't quiet them out and people that end up getting them are suffering and their housing officers aren't good nor understanding I definitely regret getting with lhp wouldn't recommend

They don't come to do the repear. And I have a broken gate ,that I have to move so the bin men can get to my bin's. I am in a bungalow , and I shouldn't be lefting the gate.

Ok place to live but could do with actually installing some FREE wifi at least in their HOUSING like Hinton court boston many thanksìf you forget workman are coming they even ring your parents and will not leave you alone till you let them in constant HARRISMENT what's wrong with just leaving a missed you note in your door and workman WILL NOT take no for an answer I'm moving out as soon as I can God be merciful and praised lovily flat though very cosy comfortable and nice

Awful company, very rude telephone staff. Every time you call the person your trying to speak to is 'out of office', its like they try to avoid speaking to their tenants and addressing their issues. Called about a repair a year and a half ago, needed a builder to look at some brick work, they sent a plumber. Called and explained they had sent the wrong person and they was not bothered. Still haven't sent anyone round.

They found a legal way to rob people of their money. They have increased the rental prices so significantly and cannot reasonably explain why. The people who work there have no idea about their job. Communicating with them is a waste of time because these people do not understand what you are saying to them.
