A brilliant experience overall.

I had hire car cover as part of my insurance and Enterprise provided me with a vehicle following an accident.

The staff at the Boston branch were amazing from the first call to the vehicle return. Ben, Chloe and Emily were the names I remember but I'm sure they may have been others I spoke to at some point... All had excellent phone manners, were reassuring and extremely helpful both over the phone and in person.

I went in with some trepidation after using Enterprise before and finding a previous staff member (Who I believe is no longer there) hard going and a little abrasive.

I'm glad to report was not the case this time around. The Boston team are a credit to the company.

The car was lovely (Audi Q2) and the whole experience felt hassle-free and that was largely due to the team who clearly work hard and put customers first.

A 5 star experience. Thank you.

Needed a van at short notice to move a sofa

Enterprise were the cheapest around and could book online that morning

Slight hiccup online meant that the van I booked for 9am wasn't available until 12 (booking online issue not the staff) - call to confirm they have the van before booking!

Was given 20% discount for the trouble

Easy return and massively economic on fuel (put the van in eco mode!)

Would 100% use again

inefficient, on phone asked to come at 3pm car will be ready, i come at time even soightly earlier, took time off work to cone and im told to wait as car is still being driven here.., 20minutes sitting nothing have changed yet.. very inefficient place
