A place where staff do their best to help anyone in need. Very friendly and helpful staff. People who have really big hearts work there. Michelle is amazing person who cares about every client and does everything she can to help.This is a person for whom nothing is impossible

Outstanding service I have been given so much more than help ,jude works so hard and ensuring you that know what your progress is all throughout my journey right from the beginning after meeting me to helping me into my home that will be warm,safe ,private, a confidence boost when your at your lowest there is hope at the end of the road ,I'm sure who ever else works with smartmove you would be taken under their wing until your ready to fly and live independently... thankyou so much smartmove

All the staff have been so nice, and my worker Mandy has supported me for years, rehoming twice, wi all my bills and dept's through my addition and because of Mandy's support I'm now 8 months soba 😁, Mandy's always on the phone when I need to talk , and gives me advice and guidance when needed, and a good friendship now, thank you Mandy and everyone at smart move 😁

In January 2020 I self referred to Smart Move , as a broken person suffering with multiple and complex needs and had just become homeless.

By the end of February 2020 I had a flat, which I move into instantly.

I have been given help budgeting, tenancy, benefits and food parcels when I have needed them.

I have also been referred to Vita Minds for CBT, I was given funding for a laptop so I can do mutual aid meetings and so I can at some point apply for work in the future.

Smart Move could, if they wanted to just of got me a flat and helped with my needs around me managing it.

But all the extra support I have been given, its a service that sees independent living as just more than a property, they see it holistically and that's why they go above and beyond for their client group.
