This is my favourite shop. The staff are super amazing. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful, sometimes humorous and very professional, which always makes my day better. As I write this I know I shouldn’t as this is the type of shop you want to keep a secret! I freaking well love it! You never ever know what you are going to find but be prepared as you will always come out with something. The team in here are knowledgeable and brilliant, lovely Rob the manager, sweet Sheriff, and beautiful Mel amongst others. This place is like a treasure trove and is one of my favourite haunts. The shop always looks amazing, the quality of items donated is excellent and the range is exhaustive. I go in a couple of times a week usually just to have a look but always come out with something I didn’t know I needed but that I just had to have! It’s always a pleasure to visit the shop as there is such a great friendly atmosphere. Emmaus is such a wonderful charity and I am so happy to support it.

What can I say, this shop is fantastic, me and my misses left the shop less than a week ago, and came back yesterday. The staff are so friendly and nice. My misses was so happy with me, she came along on the second trip. I looking to bring my bff with me next trip. Bargain galore, a miss visit. 5 stars all the way.

Bought 2 wardrobes a short while ago and improved them. As we are moving asked them to take them back having of course paid for them. They turned up looked and said we don't take these and one said " it's cos of the covid you see " which is rubbish because they wouldn't have come in if that was the case. They didn't seem interested. They were late and about to finish. I wouldn't buy anything from them again as if they think its rubbish they shouldn't sell it in the first place.

Charity Shops in the UK are in abundance, but rarely if ever is there a Shop that actually seems to 'Care' about the people going in or at times, the shop itself! This is no ordinary Charity Shop; these people are 'Real', greet you warmly, grateful if you purchase something and grateful for contribution's. The displays are artistic and meticulous! Nothing looks old, worn out or chuck away. Can't recommend this Shop more; a total 'Must visit'!!!!!!
