Fuel cards price £1.44+ VAT = 1.i72.

On setting up account with these guys we was guaranteed it would be around 5pence lower than pump price. We started around 1.22 per litre + vat which was all well and good at the time.

The costs have increased up to roughly the same price as the pump and you are still having the 20% VAT added on top which therefore makes you paying 20% more than what you would do at the pump.

So it seems to us that, we was suckered into a price which was around the same price as the pumps including VAT, this then later changed to same as pump price plus VAT.

I understand that businesses will charge VAT as we do the same however you are at a substantial loss here and no benefit of having the fuel card.

I’ve spoken with Suzy, who seemed very abrupt and said she couldn’t predict the ongoing market which I completely agree with. However what I don’t agree with is how they’ve increased the costs to pump price and still added the VAT.

There is absolutely no point in having a fuel card set up with a company that doesn’t have the clients interests as number one priority.

She also stated over the phone that they had to make a member of staff redundant due to these issues.

My advice to you if your going to set up a fuel card shop around, ask for the call recordings if they promise you what they promised us so they don’t end up ripping you off too.

I’ve waited over a week now to discuss with jade our accounts manager who was also shocked to see we was paying roughly £1.70 a litre and informed us to stop using them at once.

So just to clarify and this is rough maths.

It seems that there are concerns regarding Greenarc Fuel Cards, particularly with their fuel pricing. Greenarc fuel card are ripping people off. You end paying more then you can pay at direct at the pump.

Below was my review when I first started with this company, typically can’t do enough for you until they have your business..then it goes down hill from there..got them quite a few customers and no referral money ever received, never reply to emails, and my fuel price is currently 20p more expensive than forecourt. Run a mile

So far so good this company..didn’t know if it was all talk at first but when I got my first bill and a fair old saving after filling up, happy day!

My sales executive was Dyllan Connell and nothing is ever too much trouble when I email him asking loads of questions

Couldn't recommend this company more.
They are knowledgeable and helpful when selecting which fuel card is right for you and they are offering great prices on their fuel rates.
The monthly invoices are so much easier than receipts making accounting simple.

i recently applied and got directed to my account manager
Justin Smith, in a few short minuets he had informed me of the potential saving, the ease of use and had emailed me a map and list of my local stations that excepted the card (its nearly everywhere by the way) I explained my situation and Justins incredible attention to detail had a personal plan rolled out for me in no time. needless to say I was bowled over with the service and saving to come and applied immediately, few days later 2 cards (as requested) ready to rock and the safe knowledge that no matter where I am in the county I can call Justin and he will send me locations of services near me. Great savings was set up by Justin Smith Great chap . hassle free and easy to apply. I've also recommended people I know and they are going to join or have joined easy to use app and information on fuel stations to use and what to dodge . I've now got someone new doing my account and to be fair me and a friend are paying 2 different prices I am not recommending anyone anymore think we are getting caught out going up again in price time to shop about me thinks

Greenarc saving the day and having my own account manager called Dyllan that’s Dyllan with the double L as my account manager to help with anything I ask. The referral scheme is brilliant so I’ll get recommending and we can all make some great saving.
