We stayed as a family group over New Years. |Overall our stay was great but a few things to point out; |There is no lounge area, just the dining area that during busy periods for the cafe isn’t a pleasant place to sit and the official dining room is closed. |The rooms were great but the mattresses are very thin and quite uncomfortable. You can also hear EVERYTHING from your neighbours, especially footsteps from upstairs. |On a positive note, you can’t beat the location and the food/ drinks we had from the bar were lovely.

A great place to stop for coffees or breakfast, on this occasion we stayed here as our usual accommodation was booked.. a great experience, we liked the versatility of the self catering option. We ate there for breakfast and evening meals which were well priced and tasty meals.|An excellent location and excellent staff.|Rooms were a little tired but overall clean and perfect for a bolt trip to Cornwall.

Superbly located YHA, a few meters from beach and cliffs. Friendly staff and visitors.
Recommend 'circus' tents that includes outside BBQ and table, and inside wood burner. Unbeatable set up in a unique spot of Cornwall also 10' minutes from the golden sands and emerald waters of Constantine Bay beach. Go if you want the ocean right in your face!

We did not sleep there but just popped in for a spot of lunch following a lovely walk along the cliffs to Constantine. We had their festive special which was a bacon, cheese and cranberry toastie and a cup of tea and coffee. It was very atmospheric with a surfing cabin theme. My tea was fine but my wife was a bit disappointed with the coffee which was not quite as nice as many cafes these days. But on the whole a good experience and conveniently well placed on the cliffs.

Love this place - it's great to sit outside and take in the sea views on a nice day, or soak up the vibrant atmosphere created by one of the many live bands on a weekend night. The food is dependably good, there is a good selection of drinks, and a decent amount of seating. Haven't stayed over but I know my choice would be one of the amazing looking bell tents or tipis in the garden! Definitely worth stopping for a bite and a beverage if you're at all in the area.

Great young team. Welcoming and efficient. Beautiful location with beach and coastal walk options. Good range of eating available through the day meaning that there is no need to venture further afield for a wonderful stay. We look forward to our next visit.

The landpod was a fantastic base for our family adventures. The facilities in the hostel are top notch as always and we felt welcomed by staff and guests and very comfortable for the duration of our stay. The location is awesome for surf and beach and my kids can’t wait to book again. We also peeked into one of the Bell tents with a staff member and they also look fabulous.

I stayed in one of the Pods in the camping field. This was my first experience of 'glamping' and it didn't disappoint (though it would have been very cosy with 4 rather than 1). You get a great camping experience with the added facilities of a YHA, inlcuding its self-catering kitchen and a great restaurant/bar too. The situation on the Coast Path is stunning. What's not to like?
