Beautifully clean caravan. The tea towel and washing up.liquid was a nice thoughtful touch. Site is very clean, bin area spotless. Will definitely be back. Quiet, central location for all we needed. Great Holiday Park, right on on Par Beach. Very quiet and much calmer than many of the Holiday Parks we've stayed at. The Caravan was nice facilities seemed good, although in truth we didn't really use any. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the local shops in Par where there's a Co-op, Spar, Chinese and Fish n Chips. It's also a 5 minute walk to the S/W Coast Path and there is a lake with lots of Ducks & Geese on it onsite. The staff who welcomed and checked us out were very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant site in a fantastic location. We had a mid week caravan which was clean, well appointed and warm, all you'd want. The location was a hidden gem to me with a fantastic beach and even a Time and Tide bell - Google it!
So good that we've booked to return next spring 😁

We stayed in a lodge which was lovely and roomy. Very clean and comfortable. Quite surprised at how many people were around. Area good for exploring as quite central. Staff great and very helpful. Would definitely book again. Weather not too bad which was nice.

Visited again this week during half term, we have made many a memories here already; my daughter loves visiting Par Sands. With the beach on your doorstep, indoor swimming pool and children’s play area is the perfect place for my daughter to enjoy herself. We’ve already booked for next year, highly recommend. My parents are staying there, the caravan they're in is well appointed comfortable and clean. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. There is easy access to Par, which has a very good pub that serves excellent food, The Welcome Inn, and has a pleasant atmosphere. There is easy access to the coast path and Par beach, although the access to the beach is through sand dunes, not very high, but they may be challenging to people with mobility issues.

Great park, wonderfully clean and cafe with excellent food . Caravans kept in really good condition with great facilities and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Good venue for exploring the rest of Cornwall and the great beaches will definitely be back.

Third time here, absolutely love it. Quiet and dog friendly. Near the beach. Not really for teenagers, best for older people or young families without need for entertainment/shows. Good pub on the doorstep.
