Here for an Awards evening, staff were fantastic despite the air handling unit not being on. Food was lovely, lift to all levels and free wifi. A great venue for an awards function.

Hotel fabulous. Stayed the night before my wedding and booked last minute due to being let down. I was not expecting the level of luxury. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very high quality with lovely en suites. The price was extremely good value, especially given it includes breakfast. Rooms are comparable with any 5 star hotel in London in my opinion.

Absolutely superb, Booked this hotel as we were attending a Family wedding in Kirkham so perfect location for us. Rooms are really spacious, immaculately clean, bed really comfortable, bathroom spacious with great shower and the rooms all have a great view of either The Pitch or the countryside. Included in our stay was breakfast which was absolutely delicious and plentiful , you can help yourself to cereal, fresh fruits and hot fresh cossaints along with being able to select something off a menu which had a good variety to choose from. The staff here were so attentive and really went above and beyond to make our visit very welcoming. Can highly recommend staying here for first class service.

Very disappointing, leave hospitality to the professionals- like the football

Arrival was difficult with no designated hotel parking or drop off we had to park at the end of the stadium car park and walk halfway around the ground with our luggage in the wet and cold.

At reception we were given our key and sent on our way. As the reception was hoping to eat lunch. Management should allow for breaks for staff . Not the greeting you would expect from a quality hotel.

The room had a great view of the football pitch, we did wonder if the window had privacy glass, we hoped it did.

In the room there was no coat hook to hang our wet things so they had to go in the cupboard- damp - no radiators in the room - just air-con.
No luggage rack to unpack our things,Also The fridge wasn’t working and there was no complimentary milk for tea and coffee as suggested.

The design and installation quality of the fittings was very poor, gaps in the flooring and damage to the veneer surfaces, shower levels are all off, so water leaked all over the floor.

Breakfast service was very poor. The buffet selection was minimal with a couple of crusty pastries, dried out, uncovered meats and cheeses with over ripe fruit.
There was no sanitiser available. Coffee was just like the club, disappointing and weak.

Tables weren’t pre set so the single staff member was unnecessarily running back and forth with each item. A tray would be useful or the table pre set.

Overall a poor experience compared to quality hotels of the same price mark.

Won’t be rushing to stay again.

Lovely hotel, had a view of the football pitch. Last stand being finished. Beautifully maintained and lovely staff. Bed was so big and comfortable that I don't remember falling asleep. Covid breakfast delivered as a pack-up. Restaurant not currently open - understandable. New build, not yet on some car sat navs. Is on Google Maps and easy to find. Loved the walk in shower. New, clean facilities. Spotless inside !

Went to watch my granddaughter in a footy tournament . Fantastic artificial surface facilities, six 5/6-a-side pitches, one full sized pitch and two hockey pitches. Lovely bar/cafe housed in a splendid two storey on site building with toilets changing rooms etc. A real credit to the owners of the club, this facility plus the main stadium itself would put many a league club to shame. Wonderful, AFC Fylde deserve every success.

Overpriced and over the top! Visited the other week to watch Kidderminster Harriers and visited the supporters bar before the match and was charged £5.25 for a pint at a non-league stadium!!! Granted the stadium and the bar is modern, but come on get real you're competing in the 6th tier and in the middle of a cost of living crisis!!! Gave it two stars due to one or two stewards being polite and helpful and ticket prices being very reasonable. Stadium is impressive, but only two thirds full!
