Birchwood staff are wonderful, including Zak who was a total legend!! They make sure your safe and well and always have an option to talk if your feeling low. Massive thank you to Angela who was always there for me through thick and thin, and got on very well she’s a star! Residents are lovely and got on very well with them!

Amazing place staff are so lovely and caring, there’s always help available 24/7. i don’t know who put up it blocks light and had taken up half of the car park, the car park wasn’t changed when the building was built and it takes up no light. It’s a building for young people in crisis have some spirit instead of talking bad about a building that houses kids who need help.

The staff are very varying they are always there if u need to talk to them, they would never put you down they would always try and get you back on track thank you to all the staff that cared for me .
