Home to a range of therapies including HBOT, far beyond its original support for M.S. Charges are minimal. Staff include volunteers and are friendly and knowledgeable. Standards of care seem high.

Excellent centre offering a wide range of therapies from high dose oxygen therapy to acupuncture, Physiotherapy to osteotherapy and even just someone to talk to. Clean, well lit, easy access for wheelchairs, parking on site. Very friendly staff who can't do enough for you. The centre caters for a wide range of conditions from Multiple Sclerosis to cancer, stroke and broken bones.
I use this centre on a weekly basis and get plenty of benefits from doing so.

Post covid the centre is a lot quieter with fewer people just dropping in for a drink and a chat. Tends to be people attending for treatments. However the centre is still open and still welcoming new members. There are quite frequently some extremely delicious cakes made by some of the centres members.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the therapy prices are really affordable compared to any commercial oxygen therapy centres.

They take people with various health issues, not just the MS, so would highly recommend the place if you’re looking for help or treatment.

I am extremely upset by this centre....This morning I have a fever so bad I didn't feel I could make my appointment(or want to pass anything on to already poorly people), so I called to cancel only to find out they will charge me because I didn't give them a weeks notice! Excuse me for not being a fortune teller and not being able to know a week in advance I would be sick! To add extra sting I was told last time, it would not be a problem if I was ill to call in....clearly you failed to mention the cost.I cannot believe the absolute lack of understanding . I'm sure to work alongside consistently ill people this is a common occurance?profitting from cancellations?surely chronically ill people are ill alot and need to cancel from no fault of their own?I couldn't be anymore angry by this concept as if your not aware chronically ill people are chronically ill and to profit from it is disgusting.....I'm not unreasonable I understand other people may need the appointment but how on earth can this be fare! Of course if I'd known a week ago I'd have called. I was told I can pay next time I'm in or appeal it. However I will not be going back to this centre ....you can take it out of my £35 joining fee!!!

Absolute lack of understanding ,compassion and clearly only care about the rules and profits!

So if you want to, as a chronically ill person use this centre feel free, but don't expect an ounce of compassion if you're on a worse day....you will be charged for it and if you didn't have the energy already you could then appeal it!

All staff here are really friendly and helpful.
The oxygen therapy helps my MS so much giving me much more energy I'm able to walk better and further than I could before this.
