Just been to the shop on Star Trading Estate, Partridge Green. It is open each weekday and Saturday morning. Fantastic range of products and good prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I think this one of the best art materials suppliers in Britain. Their strength is decent budget priced materials which work. Their range is well selected, low priced and comprehensive. They carefully source materials which are inexpensive but still good - for example their inexpensive but durable watercolour paper. They also sell Fabriano Artistico extra white sheets, which I have not found in other outlets. I use Fabriano professionally, though mostly I use Arches which they do not stock. Arches is expensive so that is possibly why it is not there, but Fabriano is a top quality cotton based paper which illustrates that Seawhite carefully sources materials to enable professional artists to use them while still remaining a budget outlet. Seawhite have introduced me to budget priced foam board - incredibly useful for mobile displays. There are several sizes in two thicknesses in black and white. This is unrivalled. There are useful budget priced colours . Anilinky paints for example. These are super strong pans for children, and cheap. The inexpensive student paints paints are seen globally by many artists as the best value quality student watercolour paint, but this is the only outlet I know where I can buy them, and they always seem to be fully stocked with all the colours in the range. That is just a few items in what is really a collection of both useful and innovative stock - budget priced and good value. I've saved a vast amount here, purchased much of my daughter's art student materials for art courses and fashion school, my own watercolour equipment for many years, and a couple of professional studio easels at low prices. Many of my students go there, and I have used their stuff for many of my sold paintings over the years. I'm very glad this company exists.
