I would like to thank Foundations Furniture Project for all the help they gave me, they are the best people to go see if you need furniture or white goods, they helped me out of a jam, the guy that delt with us was very friendly and very helpful, and he treated me like a person not just a customer, if you are on benefits and you need furniture, this is the place to go.
Thank You! 5 Stars* all the way

Been to the "shop" many times and now I'm suddenly refused service due to not being on benefits or living in Gateshead. Wasting my time

Edit - I didn't claim to buy from you, I said I've been many times and never been advised of this previously. Clearly, you should not be advertising as a shop if it's only to a very select customer base. It's never been the case when I have attended previously.YOU ARE WASTING PEOPLES TIME. Understand?

I wasn't sold a furniture because am not on benefit, one of the staff was nice and the other very rude he shouldn't be working in such a place. He told me since am not on benefit I should go and buy brand new furniture from their shops. He also told me because am not on benefit he shouldn't be listening to me. The discrimination is Real. What is absurd is not selling furniture to me and telling me to buy from your other branch that sell brand new. And for the record you didn't have one double bed. You had up to 5 beds I asked for 1. I offered to pay any additional cost.

I recently visited foundations to purchase a chair. I was really impressed with the choice available. Michael showed me around and was so helpful. The safety measures in place are good. I felt safe and was extremely happy with everything. Well done foundations. Thank you very much for my prompt delivery as well. Amazing project. Thanks Liz & Lewis

I have to say after a visit to a major retailer to try and purchase a new bed, I was informed of The Foundations Outlet was fantastic. The cost was literally 50% compared to the major retailer. The staff were excellent, didn't feel pressured to buy unlike the retailers outlet and was given HONEST advice by the member of staff I met. I was looking at a memory Foam mattress but due to health issues concerning a fused spine and heat issues he advised me that his at home was a very warm bed and this might not be advisable. I opted for a LUXURY orthopaedic mattress at about 50% of the cost. I wouldn't have been able to afford this on its own in the major retailer so I brought the base as well. Brilliant place
