Awesome place - I would say the Bournemouth one is by far and away much better than Dorchester. Perhaps though that is personal preference. Always helpful and they do deliver. Only negative is opening times - it’s hard for people who work 9-5 to get there - but other than that - amazing service!!

Really nice setter.
Cost a fortune
Ironically from a good charity shop.
Emailed Dorset reclaim too pick it up..
Actually dragged,manhandled it out into the foyer so they could pick it up easier....
Did they acknowledge

No.
So had too take it bit by bit too the top in my own car,and carry it up steps too place in the skip..
That's why I not dislike them.
Simply wouldn't go again...

Double standards. Gave refund to my nan as sofa wouldn't fit. But when circumstances out of our control force us to try and return a bed (not even slept in or set up) within 14 days of delivery, no refund. We even asked if we could swap it for a cooker. They seem helpful to people who already have money. Just seen another review where they took things to tip for someone for free, by looking at the person's other reviews, they could afford it. Well that's £100 you have had from a low income family. Well done, have a nice Christmas.
