I've been coming here for the past 6 weeks to participate in the how to cope with anger course.
It has been one of the most enjoyable and helpful courses that I've been on.
Your treated with respect the whole time, and your always greated with a warm welcome at the door.
All the staff there are very professional and freindly and we are lucky to have such a support network around especially in times that we face of uncertainty.
Thank you for all the support that has been given in this short space of time.

Such a good councilling service lovely friendly, professional staff. If you're struggling with your mental health whether you've suffered a bereavement or it's personal it really does help but a referral is needed from your own GP

I went for an assessment day and was told I would get a call back the same week with further information but never received the call, I've called them now twice and both times was told I'd get a call back but again never have. Waste of time.

EDIT: 3 weeks after my assessment I get a call saying the person dealing with my request went off sick and on holiday and the work load wasn't passed on to another person, this is unacceptable, a person's mental health isn't something you can just put on hold and it has created a lack of trust towards any of the staff that work here. I have gone back to my GP and raised a complaint about this place as obviously the staff don't care about the people they deal with day to day.

Great cafe, friendly helpful staff, very good vegetarian food and divine coffee. Make sure you check out the specials board. It is nice to see a list of their 'local sourced' coffee, bread and other food suppliers too. Open Mon-Thur 10-4, Fri-Sat 10-3, closed Sun.
