Aks is the most worst housing association ever.
They provide absolutely disgusting service and they just cheat the tenants.
I live in a ground floor flat there is damp in the property .
As soon you come in to the property you can smell musty smell every where in the property.
I have reported them more than 7 times but they have made me an excuse every time I heard a different story from them.
The radiators don’t work properly.
