I wish I had been well enough. I'd of never sent my grandmother here. They lied to me when calling saying she had a uti but turned out her bowl had rupture. I'd of turned a blind eye to it knowing they probably didn't know what was wrong. But it had not been 7 days and they had already stripped her room threw all her belongings onto the bed, misplaced things so I didn't bring everything she took with her home and just cover it all with a sheet. Personally wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever. Understanding that she had dementia and she couldn't use her left side her right arm were covered in scratches and bruises and was told by the hospital to keep her arms covered because of this.
Absolutely disgusting experience to say the least and she was only there a few months before passing.

A very nice care home, staff are lovely, treating very challenging residents with kindness and care, helping them join in all the activities, and at all times treating the residents with love and dignity. A wonderful place found by chance. Will recomend to anyone who is thinking of taking the very difficult step of having to find a perminant placement for a relative unable to stay in there own home.
