The 'shop manager' who works (or doesn't work, as she very abruptly told me) at your Bury St Edmunds recycling centre location needs some training in how to talk to members of the public. Her manner was incredibly rude and unfriendly when I asked her a question about which container I should place something in. She was wearing a Suffolk county council top and certainly looked to me as if she worked there! This was not in the store but in the actual recycling area. Not a good representative for your charity. I actually ended up donating a BBQ which another member of staff at the recycling centre said was too good to go in the scrap metal, though after the shop managers poor attitude and rudeness I left feeling that I wished I hadn't. The other member of staff (who was incredibly helpful) did tell me that she "gets asked questions about 30 times a day even though she doesn't work here" that's fine but how are people to know when it absolutely looks as if she works there?!

Absolutely love the benjamin foundation!!! They are such a great charity and you get the feel that they like doing their jobs and aren’t in it for the money!
Would recommend looking into this charity!
