Absolutely stunning venue. Staff are extremely approachable and friendly. Bar reasonably priced and well stocked. Seating area beautifully decorated (amazing music playing in background!).
Stage is on one level with audience so an all round alternative viewing perspective and experience.
Toilets clean and fully stocked.
Easily accessible to all and a safe zone to any who need it.
Highly recommended! Can't wait for my next visit!

Fabulous little cafe serving delicious Syrian food alongside a venue used as an excellent theatre in the evenings - I have seen some excellent shows there over the years - and as an information centre for a homeless charity, Crisis, during the day. All round a brilliant place. Next time you're in the city centre and don't know where to get food or a coffee, I'd really recommend you stop in.

I love this place. I come here a lot for the theatre and their comedy nights.

I visited the cafe today wanting to try the Damascus Kitchen cafe and it did not dissapoint. Possible the best lentil soup I've ever had? I'm going ti gave to try to recreate it. Only think I'd say is for the size bowl you get it should be more like £3.50 not £5, especially when it's basic ingredients are so cheap. I'd happily spend £5 if the serving was a little bigger.

Staff are so nice here and the work they do is so valuable.

Cute little gallery in the old Fire station. Adorable little gift shop on the top floor. Gallery located on bottom floor with a lovely little collection and some good installations. Can see the collection in 15-30’mins depending on individual’s choice. We saw collection in 20 mins. Good social distancing measures and it’s free abs open to the local community.
