LET DOWN BADLY at last minute on a Thursday leaving Friday to frantically try and make alternative arrangements for Monday appointment.
Booking had been confirmed for important hospital appointment 70 miles distant.
If offering a service to help people with transport this organisation needs to honour their obligations, especially as they say they prioritise hospital appointments.

Dear COMMUNITY CAR SERVICE, and all who gave us a MOST ENJOYABLE CHRISTMAS LUNCH at the Camden Arms, in Pembury on Monday 27th December 2017 ~ THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! It was a lovely meal and wonderful company. I met two lovely ladies, and made new friends: one lady was 101 years!! FUN! She's truly Amazing! Thank you too to our driver Fraser.
