When it comes to social media, most of us panic, don’t know where to start or what to write, and give up before we even begin.

Yet the reality is, as business owners, we really are the best people to talk to our target market.

Making Business Social gave me the tools, techniques, and encouragement I needed to start having meaningful conversations with my ideal clients.

I now have the framework I need to focus on my target audience, think about their challenges, extract the ideas and content that was already in my head (but didn’t know how to access) and put it into a simple structure.

I've just finished Rachel's "Making Business Social" programme which I HIGHLY recommend. I had put off dabbling in social media for years as I wasn't sure what I was doing and didn't know how to put together a strategy. Rachel's programme delivers that and far, far more. Every time I sit down to write a social media post, I’m blown away by just how much I learnt from Rachel in just 8 hours! How to make an impact, how to target your posts, how to be efficient and use minimal time to generate weeks’ worth of content, content storage, getting referrals - you name it!

One of the best bits though was updating my LinkedIn banner and profile so that now when I invite people to link with me I have roughly 80% acceptance, whereas with my banner and profile as they were before Rachel gave me some pointers, I was hovering around 30% acceptance.

Regarding value for money, Rachel gives you back more than you could possibly spend, with her knowledge, Experience and enthusiasm. It’s such a pleasure to work with someone who clearly lives what they do and cares deeply about the outcomes for her clients.

I used to pay someone else to do my social media for me, but after completing Rachel's 'Making Business Social' course, I'm super confident and I'm doing it all myself!

Planning, creating and scheduling my social content feels so easy now and I have about 6 months worth of content produced just from the 8 weeks during the course! Not to mention all I've been able to add since now I know how.

Not only can I easily produce a post, but I know how to structure it, where to put it and how to get the foundations of my social accounts in the best possible place so I get maximum impact with my posts.
