After visiting here a LONG time ago I wasn't expecting too much.

I was pleasantly surprised.

Our meal was REALLY good and the girls looking after us were very friendly and efficient.

All in all a good choice of venue which gained me brownie points with the wife too.

Will definitely return again soon.

Must add also that it was, in my opinion, very reasonably priced too.

Nothing wrong with my meal at all.

Good food, nice surroundings, friendly staff, reasonable cost.

I have eaten in the dining area several times lately, and on each occasion it has been a pleasant experience. The choice is not vast but what’s on it is well cooked and presented. The prices are reasonable and the service is good.

Stopped by for a lunch break. Was really empty,maybe 4-6 people all together.
Place is nice and clean,classic english pub/restaurant look,but really clean,no smoking inside.
Had fish and chips.
Would come back to this place again. Maybe next time for a drink,was impressed on the size of bars, I have seen 2 bars.

Lovely setting. A group of 7 for lunch. Service was slow but the food was incredible. It was nice to have a leisurely time from starters to dessert. Highly recommend and we will visit again very soon.

Fantastic. Had the steak and ale pie. VERY good and full of flavour. Great serving of green veg on the side. Hot, tasty, and very well presented. Pie was homemade by the in-house chef, excellent pastry.

I had a homemade beef and ale pie. It was absolutely amazing, no faults whatsoever. Pastry was cooked to perfection with, a lot of beef. The waitress was really lovely and we're definitely coming back here again! Thank you for the great food!

Food is always piping hot when it gets to you. I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve had here. The curry had celery in it..... in my eyes, that’s a little strange. The staff are very friendly and can accommodate your needs if you have any dietary conditions. Would come here again, thumbs up from me
