Very bad customer service. My dad showed interest in some furniture for me when visiting the shop to offer them donations of some worth.
Staff refused deposit, and said that would reserve for me to pick up the next day taking contact details via phone call. I rang at 10am to ensure they were still there and that I'd collect at 2pm as a I live 12miles away from the shop. When I arrived the man lied to me and said my dad had collected them that morning, only to find out they had sold them before I arrived.
Charity or not customer service is a must and so is honesty. I am disgusted in the service and will be taking our donations elsewhere.

Great customer service, held the items for me whilst I went to get my car and helped me put everything in the car as well. Also great prices! Will definitely look again when I’m in need of something.
