We got them in to erect good quality fencing and replace concrete post which had crumbled. We also had 2 new gates fitted. The quality of work was excellent. They dug out the old posts. They found a 2 course brick wall along the line of the fencing some 2 feet down. They dug this out too, without complaints. They did a great job and the team were friendly, helpful and good people. Explained types of fencing. Transparent on pricing too. Highly recommend. We will get them back for patio. Great work and a great charity.

Had a quote from betel this afternoon. Arrived to give quote when they said they would. Even had a confirmation call during the week which was great. Very professional and sound advice given re our garden work that needs doing. Look forward to having them making our garden better.

I don't think people understand about what bethel does. And to be onist. I don't think people there would ever back chat a customer in that way so who ever is saying that you have it all wrong. I have worked with people from this place and not so anything like that.and it's not a charity it's self funded etc..gardening. shops and etc.so please before you judge have some respect and google in to how it all works and hopefully you will understand.👍👍

Twice I've used Betel and both times I've been happy with the work carried out. The people carrying out the work were very pleasant and have managed to turn their lives around due to the support of Betel.

Very unprofessional. They came to give a quote and seemed to have very limited knowledge and spent a lot of time on the phone instead of talking to me. They informed me afterwards they didn't have time to carry out the work - I don't know if this was true or because of discrimination. I reported this to their head office and received no response. Don't waste your time.
