I’d like to thank all the staff for making this experience one I’ll never forget but definitely need a shout out to Libby and Megan who were my teams leaders and always went out of their way to make sure our group had everything we needed and we all knew where to find them if we needed anything and they never ever hesitated to help us weather that was helping us physically or just being people we can talk to about anything. I met many new friends on the trip too and the overall experience at the camp was just fantastic I did things there I never thought I’d feel comfortable doing but with the girls as my team leaders every minute was such a lovely experience. I really hope to see them at the rewards night in September!

the whole week was amazing. all of the leaders were so involved and so enthusiastic it made every activity super. the food was very tasty and the toilets and showers were very clean. my experience was one i hope to remember forever

Appalling. Had to collect my niece on the second day along with 2 of her friends. The tents leaked and were damp, nobody had bothered to check. Food choices are abysmal and insufficient, the “tuck shop” had 2 choices of drink and confectionery. For 100 attendees they had 3 showers that were only switched on for 30 minutes. The first day they were left to sit around, the second boiling hot day they were made to sit in a hot classroom to write business plans. A total of 10 children had left by day 2. Think twice before booking.

NCS has been one of the greatest weeks of my life. The staff are welcoming and incredibly accommodating to all young people. The activities are extremely fun and allow all the young people to create new life-long bonds. All the kids who went on my trip were incredible and unique individuals who were just genuinely lovely people which made the week so much more enjoyable. A special mention to Chanel Lazenby who was the most incredible 1:1 (missing you already girlypops)! She went above and beyond to meet all my needs, make me feel heard and safe and make the week as great as possible while also helping to lead our group through multiple activities. I couldn’t have done this week without her and many other staff (Cat, Nicki, Sophie, etc) - so thank you all so much! The staff and opportunities on this trip are beyond any words and would definitely recommend going 🙂
