Told me im not aloud to touch knofes forks or spoons or plates anything thats pot or glass i have to be around people yet that was when i was 18 now im 24 i still dont touch them unless im around other people

Absolutely useless, unprofessional organisation. Impossible to speak with the manager after ringing 5 times in seven days, and explaining how my son could potentially be in danger. Social workers don't answer calls of text either. A complete waste of time dealing with these people.

The staff are doing assessments on children and parents, BUT not once have the named child or parent together for a true assessment to be conducted, and the staff conducting the assessment take annual leave mid way through which is wrong and wasting vulnerable time for parents to become more of an important part of the process, for there review.
