Been once spoke to a doctor they diagnosed me during my session with BPD.

Then they put me on a waiting list for a brain gym (I am on no medication currently and they said let’s not look at it yet).

This was helpful at the time as people always use to label me as just autistic and nothing else (which is an entirely different problem).

I really like all us want to sort my head out so I can start living a “normal” life.

I called during November to ask for my progress and if I could talk to a doctor about my diagnosis.

I didn’t receive a call back until December
making me feel like I had to hurt myself to be listened to.

And the doctor who was meant to call in 2-3 days never called.

I gave up trying to get ahold of them as it was making me worse.

Judging by the reviews I read.
My experience is to be expected.

How the hell is this allowed when people are dying and suffering?

Don’t give them a glimpse of hope and then they have to wait 1-2 years to actually receive it at least be honest with your patients.

Don’t say you’ll aim to call back in 2-3 days if that is clearly impossible.

This isn’t just about Chadwell the entire of the UK is so underfunded it should be illegal.

I hope if you’re reading this you do receive help soon. Life is worth living if you find the right people to spend it with.

Totally inept social workers who show why they have such a bad name and no one trusts them. Those working for Chadwell seem to work to an agenda of their own rather than listening to facts or caring. Case notes removed and ‘lost’ if not to their liking so they can pretend what they want things to be rather than what a doctor has reported as facts. Waste of time and needs outside investigating.

Where to start. During my time being seen at the clinic, the support worker would not respond to messages; not even with one saying we could discuss what I’d mentioned in the correspondence. Now the therapist has claimed I didn’t attend sessions without informing them. I did. I left a message in the answering service. I even came up with solutions as to how the session could still go ahead; which included doing it as an online session. I know they do that because the doctor who was seeing me did all but one appointment via Teams. Maybe if the clinic didn’t rely on an answering machine to answer calls, it would be easier to make contact with the people assigned to help us. The whole time I was trying to reach them to find out when the next/rescheduled appointment was, they didn’t even respond. They will dump you without checking to see if you’re okay.

I had a lady call me today because my brother is at crisis point she was rude arrogant patronising unsupportive and has made my brother lower than he was already. I'm disgusted how me and him was spoken to. She said they can't help because the doctor hasn't given his mental health history I asked if she could request it for me to be told she can't request what she doesn't know he has . I called my doctor straight up to be told by the receptionist she could of and she will sent it straight over for me . I don't understand how someone like her is in a job that requires you to care she needs to get herself another job

Waited 4 years to be seen, the lady I was seeing cancelled on me 2 times on the time of My arrival, the 3rd time she fake booked me an appointment, she wasn't even on shift when I turnt up luckily I keep recordings of calls. Since then (August) nothing, not an apology or a rescheduled appointment.

Treated disgusting waited a year 4 appointments with sarah faires phone call appointments she never kept one and never messaged to say just made another and didn't phone then discharged me saying a load of lies I've seen the reviews there all the same bad this company are not fir for purpose it will take someone dying before they care at all so disappointed

Beyond abysmal. My care co-ordinator is on sick leave, no date of return. When I queried this, I was advised that I wasn’t considered urgent enough to be passed to someone else.
Unless you’re hanging from the shower rail, they’re not interested.

Poor care from here had care coordinators that left after a few months then wait months for new one got asked to do some wellbeing courses before the Dr then nothing left to struggle on own. The last care coordinator decided she would answer her phone and had no interest in how I was feeling then dropped and discharged without warning
