Don't bother with using the Click and Collect service at this store. Collected two parcels, both of which were thrown to the floor before being handed to me (along with another customers). Waste of a trip as the mugs I had ordered were of course smashed into tiny peieces as a result of this poor customer service.

Lady at customer service/kiosk was miserable and unhelpful when I was just asking where the man was for the fireworks stand. Self service ladies were lovely. Not what you expect from the customer service desk.

Very poorly stocked. No lamb joints in either fridge or freezer. A number of items on my list was unavailable.

Not a happy experience it's like a disorganised jumble sale. I felt lost and trapped like I was in a maze and oh boy PRICEY ah well needs some proper reorganisation maybe work all night over 3 days to sort it out SORRY for being honest 😪

Just placed an order on uber eats, order all wrong and when you go to customer service online noone answers!! Disappointed 😞.

Traffic is a nightmare to get out from, could do with a roundabout there. Good prices great choices, plenty of parking. Staff really nice and are always on tills, they also have self serving tills too.
Good pet section although the freezer department could do with a few more variety.
Always have seasonal good there so never short on products to buy for.
Good clothes section.

It's the perfect size Asda and delivers well in all areas. Staff are lovely and friendly. Range is fine for me plus a good George range. Busy traffic during school run hrs but where isn't. Well done all.
