A lovely team of people, friendly, accommodating, helpful group from start to finish. First I telephoned for information. They had what I needed, friendly reception who saved the item for me until I could get there the following day. The floor staff where very helpful. On a prior visit I was loaned a rollater to use around the store as I have difficulty walking. They then moved a living flame fire, to plug in and show it working in its full glory. Then sold me the rollator for just a fiver. I was so pleased with the service that I phoned. On this occasion I found a beautiful hand crafted, well looked after oak cabinet. Which was delivered at the same time (without having to pay extra delivery charge) The delivery was swift, and very carefully executed with the items being well wrapped, protected and placed with care and consideration. I can't express enough how grateful we feel to the whole team for their dedication to the cause. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU ALL. Definitely recommend.

Just want to say thanks so much to the amazingly helpful and positive delivery duo. We worked together to figure out how to get the solid wood table in the house after many different methods we found a way and they did it all with smiles and patience.

I have bought a number of items of furniture from these guys over 5 years and has always been a good/helpful experience. Unfortunately the most recent purchase was very disappointing. I explained we were in need of a good working fridge/freezer to take with us as we were moving to Portsmouth. They assured us all their Fridges were given a 48 hour check to make sure they're in good working order, and that we had a 3 month warranty. Upon turning the fridge on in Portsmouth it has completely failed to work. We called to ask what could be done, and told them we could send images and get a tech report to prove the fridge was faulty. We were told they wouldn't cover it outside of gloucester and no refund would be given. I understand there's a certain amount of "buyer beware" with 2nd hand items, but when you're already struggling with money, and given assurances that your item is in good working order, it's a real kick in the balls... I can only warn others to be very careful with any electrical items sold from this lot.
