Having been here a few times before for various volunteering work and conferences around mental health, I can say that this is a beautiful, open venue that I always love going too.

The main floor on the ground is very welcoming and has a really nice couple of open rooms that are perfect for doing group discussions and presentations. The rooms upstairs are also very nice for group meetings and the reception desk is always very helpful and welcoming if you aren't sure where you're going.

Great meeting spaces. Range of different sized rooms with flexible layouts, modern furnishings, projector and screen with sound. Wheelchair accessible - unsure of other accessibility but seems to have been well considered and there's a disability charity in the building. Centrally located with helpful staff.

Great venue for meeting, lots room options from less than ten people to well over 50. Disabled access for entrance and toilets on each floor. Coffee lounge for delegates at meetings and outdoor terrace if weather is ok.

In my experience they only showed me how to do everything online. Kind of expected them to suggest voluntary work and explain their company better. But they just showed me how to do it only (which I already knew) so it seemed like a waste of time. Though I can imagine if you're not computer friendly it is good to be shown and the website is great, really easy to find out different places you'd like to volunteer.

Good place for training but they need more funding to keep delivering the training and services they offer. Shame we have a Government that doesn't give them the support they deserve for the good of communities
