This is my second time using fight 4 justice. I had help with MR this time which was refused, the team then helped me prepare for a tribunal. Today I got the news it has been overturned, I’ve been awarded my original enhanced rate for both elements after they took my mobility from me in February. Very quick turn around, 2 years ago I was at a tribunal it was so stressful so glad this time I didn’t need to go again! I can’t thank fight 4 justice enough they are amazing! So helpful, and knowledgeable. Very informative and guided me on every step! Cannot recommend them enough. Pip is so stressful but these guys really do help. In 2027 when needed again I’ll be going straight to them this time to start the process. Thank you all so much for your help I can’t stop smiling today!

Hello Lovely people!
I wanted to share my feedback to you.
Lucy filled my pip review on May last year and then 2 months ago I was notified that I needed to have an assessment, I used your advocate Karen who was in the call with me and my wife and she was very supportive.
I today received the decision from the DWP and they have awarded me higher on both components.
Previously I had higher component and low component and I am on higher component for both of them until 2027!
Thank you all for your service and thank you so much to Lucy and Karen for all the support!
Please share this feedback if you wish xx

Hi I just wanted to let you know my daughter has been awarded pip she was on high care and low mobility on Dla, after using you to fill her form in she has been awarded enhanced on both for pip until 2030 and it was a paper based assessment too. Would like to say a massive thank you to Chloe who filled her form in, and it was a really quick decision they recieved her forms 3rd July and just had a letter this morning confirming her award really took the stress out of the complicated forms and Chloe was lovely and understood every thing. Thank you

I had my PIP tribunal this morning and had Melanie support me as an advocate at the hearing. I've been fighting my decision since May 2023 and am so relieved it's now over and I can stop thinking and worrying about it. I only needed 1 point to get a standard rate award and it was agreed between the judge and DWP representative that the 1 point for getting in and out the bath ( which I can't do ) be awarded as stated in the court submission paper which Sonia did for me. I got awarded standard rate PIP for 3 years... I didn't have to answer any questions at the hearing, all I said was Hello, I can hear you and good-bye. Thank you Melanie for your support and to Sonia for doing my submission paper and to everyone at fightback who have helped me over the past year with my MR and appeal, I'm just sorry I didn't use you at the beginning when I filled in my PIP form myself. But I know for next time.. I will of course make a donation when my back payment comes through. Thank you... You truly are all stars in my eyes.

I want to share my very successful PIP tribunal result with you using fightback4justice. I have a disability but using the right words to claim PIP was proving difficult, even failing with the Mandatory Reconsideration. Fightback4justice and their legal knowledge were able to do this for me at a tribunal. I paid for their VIP service and paid for them to support me at the appeal. It was worth every single penny. If you’re reading this and wondering if you should use fightback4justice - definitely do it! Without them I would have failed again to get the PIP and I’m more than happy to recommend them, knowing that they could help you too.

My son was refused PIP even though he had been on DLA for several years for brain related medical issues. I decided to ask fightback for help after his initial assessment was refused. I cannot thank them enough for all of the help and support they gave us. It’s stressful enough when there is a loss of financial support when it is most needed and to have professional guidance was so reassuring. The process isn’t quick but today we learnt that we had been awarded PIP and it will be backdated to the date they refused it. I would really recommend anyone who is struggling with the process to contact fightback and cannot thank them enough.

Arranged a call with Emma a few weeks ago to sort out my PIP forms. What can I say but very professional and understanding to any needs I may have. Forms came back the next day and were sent off immediately with my prescription and medical records. There was a cost for the service but I am hoping to get that back ten fold in the near future. Received a phone call today to arrange a telephone appointment in April. I'm a little apprehensive but sure it will be alright. I highly recommend anyone who needs help with any benefit forms contact these guys you will not be disappointed. Thanks Again and Will try and update after decision ?Have received a text to say I have been awarded PIP. Two days later received a letter saying that I had been awarded basic rate and also enhanced rate. I am over the moon and cannot thank Emma enough for the form filling and help with preparing for my telephone consultation. It was money well spent for the service as I also received almost 3 months money back dated. If you do need help do not hesitate to contact Fightback 4 Justice you will not regret it. Many Thanks

I nervously applied (28 June) for PIP for my daughter (never claimed anything before) and sent forms off to DWP on 5th August after using your form-checking service and speaking to a couple of members of staff who were super helpful. My daughter has ASD (NHS diagnosis), hyper-mobility, dyslexia, mears-irlen's syndrome, processing disorder and anxiety. I sent off lots of evidence and my 17yr old daughter received Enhanced for both daily living and mobility which we received just 5 weeks later with no assessment being needed (awarded until 2030). Without the support and guidance from Fightback4Justice I don't think we would have been so successful. So, thank you so much! I will be continuing to pay my VIP2 level membership as a thank you.
