Lovely event. Book early and get tickets for the members area. Relaxed with good food. You can watch the shows in the arena in comfort and when they present the rosettes you are looking at the animals face, not the rear end

This county agricultural show is in its 186th year! A wonderful day out for all the family with something for everyone. Farrier competition, Show animal competitions, dog agility, show jumping, agricultural equipment, endless craft stalls, flower arranging, vegetable competition and an amazing marketplace for food to take home. Food stalls are varied and everywhere and there was a pop up pub in the middle of the ground as well as a fun fair. Well organised parking and signage made it easy to get in and out.

Classic Countryside show. Lots of animals to see and lots of real farming type displays - real countryside event. I really liked the blacksmiths and farriers competitions - always really interesting to watch. The terrier racing is a complete hoot, and the gun dog trials are brilliant. The only place I have seen proper stage coaches of olde competing - really gives you an impression of the old days.

The show is huge and lots to do and look at. Queues in to the car park were slow and entry wasn’t cheap. Generally a good day out.

This is a fantastic show. A 'proper' agricultural show. There is something for everyone here.
Animals on show, displays of various different kinds, local companies showcasing their products/produce, old to modern cars & tractors, a small fun fair, show jumping, carriage driving, shopping, plants to buy or on display, competitions between exhibitors, competitions for visitors - the list is endless.
It is a fantastic day out for everyone
