I have autism & spent an hour & a half on the phone to these people before they accepted my referral & put me on an 8 week waiting list for help dealing with housing...... 2 1/2 months later my worker from Leeds Special Autism Service phones them to ask where my help is... apparently they have no record of my call, i recorded it!!! I'm on the verge of ending up in hospital due to the lack of help i'm getting, thank you Advonet you tossers!!!

In my case, it was a waste of my time contacting Advonet. I found the person I spoke to unhelpful. Even the information that was provided poor and not specific or relevant to my query.
