I moved to a property in Wrexham in the middle of December and as far as I'm concerned, they have been fantastic. Any queries or repairs required have been prompt and professionally dealt with.

Was a Tennant for 8 years. When I moved out I did everything requested but was hit with a £530 bill for works done. Wanted me to replace a door that was there when I moved in. No response to the 3 emails I've sent regarding the bill in 5 months, so I'm assuming they've tried their luck and decided to cut their losses. Poor service

Uncaring organisation who only care about them, after the lost of my farther all they wanted is for me to empty the flat ASAP, then has taken over a month to get his overpayment of rent refund.

Am I the only one who got a rubbish kitchen fitted my old one was so much better in 17 years a door never fell of now at leaat 1 a month and all my stuff in the drawers falls down the back this morning a door fell of and cut my leg despite being disabled I am also diabetic and have to be very careful about my legs these kitchens are dangerous and sub standard if this door had fallen on a child it could of been very bad and a lot of residents in my streat are having this problem I do not feel safe and would love my old kitchen back and these scrapped think twice if they promise you a new kitchen they are very poor quality and dangerous

Went all down hill after being taken over from Tai Clwyd, tenants concerns ignored, also impossible to directly contact by email or phone our local housing officer at Bala, due I'm told data protection, what a load of *********
