The staff are always very helpful whenever I visit. The shop also tends to have a good selection of secondhand books in great condition.

Usually such a pleasant experience going here and some lovely finds. But today the two ladies working were so rude and dismissive, I brought out the clothes I tried on, back on their hangers, and asked if I should put them somewhere specific. To which she responded, “just leave them” in a deeply condescending tone. Okay then, I was just trying to help? Really rude

For a charity focused shop, I was disappointed by the two women who ran the shop today and were completely dismissive and rude. Looking customers up and down when they get in the shop is in no way charitable nor acceptable. Shame as the store has great items and is for a noble cause. Change the staff and maybe people will feel more welcome to purchase.
