I came to the food bank today and was very nervous the whole way when I got there I was welcomed by a team of lovely ladies who done there absolute most to help me this morning with both food for me a giant bag of biscuits for my cats hygiene products washing tablets to do some washing we had a good chat about my life my home mental health they then passed me onto another service that they have their and this woman was so lovely and has really helped changed my perspective on my housing issues and I've struggled so much with this and the first time I have a different mind set we had a lovely conversation about alot and they gave my details to resources to help with my mental health too honestly they went above and beyond in every way I even had a little cry such a kind and caring team who will do their absolute most to help you in anyway they can thankypu so much for helping me with everything and allowing me the space to talk honestly the chat was needed I appreciate everything you have done for me today 💕

Lovely kind people at Jimmy's Place. Thank you for your food, help and advice, the cuppa and space to sit quietly was most appreciated as is my new electric blanket, unexpected and a warm night ahead. Just to say I've made a tasty chicken stew full of vegetables. Your recipe ideas in colourful bags are a thoughtful and cheerful touch. You do valuable work and you give hope. Thank you so much.
