My daughter Fiona Moyie's spent the last ten months of her life there, five years ago, I spent most of that time staying with her sitting by her bed. Her carer Amey, and nurse Heather were a god send, the only fault that I could find was in the lack of interest displayed by the then Manager. The ground floor staff seemed to hang around the Admin;office more than what was necessary.

I visited the home this morning bring to deliver items to a resident. Rang the door bell twice and five members of staff saw me through the glass door waiting in the lobby yet none acknowledged me or came to see me to speak to me or let me in. I phoned and the call was answered but no one spoke then it was hung up.
Appallingly rude and discourteous staff.
I have therefore made a complaint to the management.
