Very poor parking of this BCHA Driver. My car is the white one and I couldn’t drive into my driveway to the back to park because of the BCHA parking. Really disappointed

It looks like this so called charity is crumbling, two of their places closed down by bcp, after years of ineficient management, bcp patience run out.... I wonder what that bitter woman, sooo full of herself have to say now that one of her houses will be shut down, and the refuge she was meant to fix?.... wait... shutting down too!! I hope she's got some dignity, leave her huge arrogance behind and apologize to the residents and staff for her incompetence, then go enroll in a mangement course.

Filthy places, some of the staff are patronizing and condescending. Staff that are meant to support vulnerable tenants are stressed, overworked, lone working 8 hours (hence no breaks in 8 hours, hello unions?) and normally bullied. Almost every scheme has one or two bullies that scare off new staff. Bullying behaviour is completely acceptable and normalized in this company, the complaints are endless and whoever complaints is victimized and ends up leaving, nothing ever gets done. This explains the incredibly high staff turn over. Most of the schemes rely on agency workers that don't know or have any interest whatsoever on the tenants and how to support them. High up managment are very incompetent and swapping posts every now and again.
What a shame of a company that have the potential of doing great work for the homeless but can't do that, let alone be a decent employer.
bcha, just practice what you preach!
Better than living on the streets? Of course, but very far from ideal. Looking for a job? definetly avoid, you'll be better off anywhere else.

Been living in a van now for 6 months, I was really happy that BCHA said they had accepted me (a few weeks before Christmas), I go to the office to see Andrea, sign forms then go too my new room. It made me feel very depressed by the condition of the room, it was filthy, brown stains on the floor, rubbish from the last tenant in the cupboards, no attempt by the staff had been made to clean the room. I turned the room down and went back to living in my van as it’s more hygienic than the room that BCHA had offered me. Whoever oversees Henley court is doing a bad job. Take in a new tenant and cannot be bothered to clean the room beforehand is bad management.

BCHA are amazing at times things get hard as life is not perfect.

People that give negative reviews have had a uncomfortable experience, the review is one sided and BCHA have a side too.

My personal experience is amazing yes it's been hard at times it's mostly front line work what do you expect.

My foundation is BCHA.

Love them 💝

Disgusting behaviour from this housing association. Nobody will help or do nothing.
I can't even beggin to explain the poor treatment from Andrea and her 1000 excuses.
I'm sick and tired of waiting! Nearly 1 year since the first complaint. So unfair that a house owner and its family including a 4 year old has to live in this circumstances in their own home!!!!!

I was homeless for a long time when i tried going here as a last resort, they refused any care, or even any advice, i was clean and respectable as i refused to let myself get dirtier and lose heart and i refused in myself to ever give up, all that time i was on the streets and when i made an effort and walked in there for help, they wouldn't even pick up the phone and make a call on my behalf, they wouldn't speak to me and pretty much said we don't help here with things like that etc, i was clearly destitute and all the fat middle-class women in there couldn't of gave less of a sh1t, that's the reality of it.

If this is a Charity, then i am Jesus Christ.

Stay away from BCHA.

BCHA are useless, dont think they will help you? your waisting your time. They do not care about disabled and vunerable people, only themselves. The excuses they use will cause you to break and fall ill, you will be begging for their help and they will ignore you and make fun of you with thier colleagues at work
