Really like this football ground. Doubles as the home of Hamworthy United and the Dorset FA. Just off the A350 Blandford Road. About a 20 minute walk from Poole railway station. Walk over the new "twin sails" bridge turn right then first right. Parking both at the ground and the school next door. There is also a "Beryl Bike" station at the bus stop on Blandford Road, it took me 7 minutes to cycle back to the station. Pitch is a 3G, so game should normally be on. Small stand with bench seating on one side. Very small terrace stand at one end. Really nice clubhouse. This is a nice ground and a friendly club, well worth a visit.

Pleasant staff but ran out of decent beer and the backup of the merlot was the worst red wine I've had in years.

It is a very friendly and enjoyable place to watch a game of Non League football. The facilities are excellent hard standing all around the ground and a choice of two covered stands, one with seating. There is a tea/coffee & food facility. The bar offers a good range of pumped beers and large screen showing sports.

Ability counts football tournament today 28th May
Window open for snacks and drinks
Asked for Pepsi Max. Nice young lady serving BUT
half pint in plastic cup charged £2.50😨.
A pint of beer in a pub is less than that
SHOCKING and DISGUSTING profiteering.
Shameful
From your reply you obviously did not read my original review. If you read it properly you will notice it was £2.50 for half a pint .
This equates to £5 per pint!!! A pint of beer
often less.
