I have nothing but praise for this care agency . I live in Weymouth some 37 miles from where my frail and house bound father lives . Without the necessary care he receives - and social support - my dad would not be able to live in his home which he loves and shares with his cats . The agency gives me support and reassurance when for example I can’t get hold of my dad on the phone and I am worried why . The lovely admin manageress and/ or team will always go out of their way to contact a carer to go in and check on daddy and then report back to me . I have no concerns about the high level of care my dad receives - the carers both male and female treat my dad with dignity and kindness . I have nothing but sincerest praise and thanks to all the wonderful team .

Most of the carers are lovely. Some carers don't care and one or two are brilliant. The office is chaotic and rude. The office is an example of why Social Care is failing.
