Joining the boat club in Poole has been an incredible experience! It’s the perfect solution for anyone who loves the sea but wants to avoid the hassle of ownership or post-boating maintenance. The club takes care of all the difficult and time-consuming tasks, leaving you free to enjoy every moment out on the water.

What sets this club apart are the experiences and networking opportunities they organize. (Thanks Natalie) Whether it’s a group outing or a casual event, there’s always a chance to connect with like-minded boating enthusiasts and make new friends.

The staff deserves special mention – they’re exceptionally friendly, collaborative, and always go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. (Thanks Mark and Darrin) Their professionalism and welcoming attitude make the entire experience even better.

If you’re considering joining,look for Chris, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s a fantastic way to embrace the boating lifestyle with none of the downsides!

THE original Boat Club, this has been widely copied, but never matched. They have a wonderful selection of very smart boats, which are well maintained. The staff are experienced in boating and friendly. Chris puts on the best socials in the off season to keep us members happy! Surely the best way to boat!

I have been a member of the Boat Club for the last three seasons. It is by far the best way to go boating on the south coast. There is a good range of boats to choose from and I have always been able to book a boat including at the weekends. I’ve particularly enjoyed being a member of Club Plus, which gives me a choice of luxurious and powerful boats to explore Poole Harbour and the surrounding islands. It’s great not to have the hassle of owning a boat, with the additional expense and time involved. There’s nothing better than coming back after a sunny day off the coast of Dorset to be greeted by friendly Bosson’s who are always waiting to assist.
Overall a brilliant experience and one I would recommend.

The Boat Club have a fabulous range of boats for members to get out and explore the local area. At Harbour Sea School we are proud to have the privilege of training members of The Boat Club. We love working alongside the team to offer training for members at every stage of their membership. A luxury to train on such a wide variety of boats and to stay in touch as members progress through the fleet and head further afield as their experience grows. We live to watch the confidence developing in those new to the water. There is something in the fleet for everyone and full support along the way. Lovely members and the social events are pretty good too! 😍
