Fantastic community centre on the edge of Trispen. Lovely site, well kept building and grounds. Cricket club and football pitch right outside. Also a small children's playground and static exercise equipment outside. Large hall, bar and toilets, free WiFi, all set in a cracking location just off the A39.

Lovely hall which is used as a regular blood donation venue, would be great for functions, well maintained and clean.
