I have had the pleasure of having a close friend family member stay at Aranlaw Home for the past six months, and I can confidently say that their experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring. From the moment we walked in for a tour, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere, as well as the spotless facilities.

The caregivers have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my friends family member feels comfortable and valued. The attention to detail in personal care, from medication management to assistance with daily activities, has been exemplary. It’s clear that the staff take the time to get to know the residents and their individual needs.

The environment itself is pleasant and homely, with plenty of space for socializing, relaxing, and engaging in activities. There are regular events and programs tailored to different interests, ensuring that the residents remain active and connected. The garden area is particularly beautiful, offering a peaceful outdoor space for residents and their families to enjoy.

Communication with the management team has been excellent, and they are always available to answer any questions or concerns. The food is nutritious and diverse, catering to various dietary needs, and the dining experience feels more like a restaurant than an institutional setting.

Overall, I would highly recommend Aranlaw house Care Home to anyone seeking a compassionate, professional, and comfortable place for their loved ones. The peace of mind knowing they’re in such capable hands has been invaluable.

This is an absolutely fantastic care home . It was life changing for our Mum, compared to where she'd been previously. Staff genuinely show that they care/love residents & their family. Activities are incredible . Staff join in as well. Beautifully designed/set up ,to cater specifically for dementia. We will never forget these wonderful people. 💕

Met a number of staff and residents from this care home at the local Memory Walk in Bournemouth. The staff were fantastic with the residents and made sure they were well cared for and enjoying themselves whilst making sure the residents did as much as they could independently and with their own freedom
