After someone else let us down (to replace our fascias) and I put a comment online, Len contacted me, turned up to quote when he said he would. He understood what we were asking and promised to be careful around our very tidy garden.
He has just completed the job to total satisfaction despite facing some extra difficulties (the porch was a particular problem) and was worked very tidily, taking away all mess.
He was more expensive (than the first guy who never turned up), but you get what you pay for and Len was worth the extra for his reliability, quality of work and being so pleasant with it.

Len executed a difficult repair of an external gate at our property and also put up some shelves. He turned up when he said he was going to, did a fantastic job and is a really great guy! He’s professional and provides a quality job, I can highly recommend him.

Len has done several jobs for us over the years - building a set of steps down a steep bank, fencing a paddock, digger work, landscaping, installing gates, lowering an internal house floor (installing radon sump and membrane, concrete slab, insulation etc.) and lime rendering and repointing an 1800s farm cottage. We've found Len to be really versatile with helpful ideas and the quality of his work is excellent.
