Made to feel like a criminal by volunteer woman in there. She stood right behind me as I browsed through the books blatantly checking I wasn't stealing. Please show more respect to your customers as we are the ones who keep you going. Will not be going back in a hurry.

I donate here quite a bit but it is not easily accessible for those with mobility aids. A friend works here, but after her behaviour I won't be in a hurry to go back. That really hurt and I don't deserve that kind of treatment.

No social distancing, turn around and there is a staff member trying to squeeze past me inches away from me not even wearing a mask. Show some respect to customers.
