Received a brilliant service from Edas for 1v1 counselling sessions. My councillor was Emilio and he was very good. It’s funny cause originally I felt a little pushed into doing it from family but actually I am so glad I listened as talking with a professional who is detached from you and doesn’t know you is sometimes what you need to process things and gain clarity. Emilio listened and guided. I have now finished our sessions but it’s also nice to know that if I do feel like i need another session or 2 I can can get in touch to book one in with him. Overall very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Currently in therapy with Émilio Crespi. The most positive experience. Emilio listens intently, without judgment or preconceptions and prompts me and leads me to reflect on my behaviours, actions and their consequences. Emilio’s approach is gentle yet reassuring. I am beginning, after years of self flagellation and berating myself, to accept myself. For 33 years I cried every day, tears of desperation and was extremely self effacing. Thanks to Emilio those tears now rarely fall. I cannot recommend Emilio highly enough

Tranquil and welcoming excellent food ( from experience, the toasted sandwiches are amazing). Friendly, caring and a great place to meet with friends in a safe environment.

The service, warmth and non-judgment I receive from all the staff and clients here is second to none......
There is always something to do or someone with a listening ear..........
