Customer assistant Kate helped us find the citrus based soap we had been looking for, she then let my 2 year old son choose a bath bomb that she demonstrated with. After I mentioned the skin problems we'd experienced after using other bath bombs, she gave us two samples of oat based cream for my daughter's eczema.
She made our shopping experience a truly memorable and pleasant one 🙂

Popped in to Lush in Truro on Saturday with my daughter and her 7 friends on a birthday shopping trip. Lovely member of staff engaged with them and fizzed a bath bomb for them that they could touch and made up a mixture for then to try and blow bubbles with. Really appreciated the effort made for them!

It had been an incredibly difficult start to the year. Nikki was amazingly kind and put so much time into me educating me about all the different products for my lustrous locks. I’ve waited a long time to make this review specifically to show how much her kind words meant to me back in late April. I will say all the staff there are all very friendly a nice. It’s also nice to see the same faces every Christmas and even remembering me!!
5* service and really warm hearts.

Popped into Truro shop while on holiday and had the most helpful assistant (person with septum piercing and lovely curls). I had been using a Lush shampoo Jason and the Argan Oil & American Cream Conditioner for 12 months and felt my hair wasn’t responding well.

I have shoulder length very thick hair, that doesn’t like being washed and takes days to calm down when I do wash it. They gave me amazing advice about what bar to swap to, and loads of free samples of heavier and leave in conditioners. Wow! What a change in my hair!! Everyone has been commenting how shiny, soft and beautiful my hair is - it really has brought the colour out too. Yet feels light and healthy.

I now use Honey I washed my hair, Power Conditioner and Revive.

I am so pleased. Thank you Lush Truro for employing great staff to advise on products, as I was considering giving up Lush shampoo altogether. 🙏
