Bonds were the selling agent on our purchase and they were absolutely fantastic. From arranging viewings with Laura and submitting an offer to going along the journey with Phil. They were really clear, had great communication and reassured throughout. I have had such a positive experience with Bonds over the last year. From each step of the rental process I have always had 1 named estate agent who is always on hand to answer my questions and nothing is ever to much to ask. Hello review reader - we worked with Bonds to sell our property across the tricky covid and lockdown periods. It was a challenge for the team but Daniel Bond was very clear and realistic in his initial meeting with us on his expectations of the potential sale price for us. Daniel was open about the different way of the Bonds team way of working, their ethos, what makes them so successful and crucially was able to deliver. I really appreciated Daniel's candour and transparency.

Everything was positive from Daniel Bonds professionalism when he came out to quote. The speed from when we signed up to our house actually being publically advertised (a few days) We loved the fact that they are available to do viewings at times that suit a prospective buyer which could mean until 8PM Monday to Sunday.

Communication was always excellent and speedy. As with so many people during the Pandemic, conveyancing was slow. Our buyer had a date that they wanted to have moved in by and (without being asked) Joana kept on the solicitors heels, contacted them every week let us know what was happening. Which was really helpful whilst we were busy working. She also helped to relay important information direct so that we could keep the whole process as speedy as possible. All in all very happy sellers and a happy buyer.
